AI assistant

Also known as: artificial intelligence, chatbot, virtual assistant, yapay zeka

Definition

An assistant that answers questions asked in natural language by looking up the software's own records, and that can carry out actions with approval.

In site management, an AI assistant answers questions such as “What is our collection rate this month?”, “Which units have owed money for more than three months?” or “Is the pool available on Saturday?” without navigating menus, and saves time on tasks such as drafting an announcement or a reminder.

A trustworthy assistant has three qualities: it looks only at data the user is authorized to see, it asks for approval before any action that changes records or sends messages, and it records every action it takes. The information it gives on legal questions is general; in specific disputes it does not replace expert advice.

In CasaX

CasaX Assistant answers finance and operations questions for the team, and handles debts, payment links, fault reports, bookings and visitor registration for residents; write actions are always carried out through an approval card.
