Money goes to the complex
Payments go to the complex's own provider account. CasaX is not an intermediary and takes no share of the dues.
You choose who pays the fee
The complex can absorb it, or a service fee (percentage plus fixed amount) is added for the resident and shown as a separate line.
Receipt and notification
A successful payment pays the oldest balance and gets a receipt number; the resident gets an email and a notification, the team a live update.

Turn online payments on or off per platform; when off, residents see the IBAN and a reference template instead.
A payment through the resident's eyes
The amount is always calculated on the server; the only thing a resident can change is the partial amount, if you allow it.
Step 1: Selects the balance
Overdue items and this month's charges are preselected; other items can be added.
Step 2: Pays by card
The iyzico form or the PayTR payment page opens; installments appear there if available.
Step 3: Collection is booked
After the provider confirms, the collection enters the "Online payments" account and the balances close.
Step 4: Receipt arrives
The resident sees the receipt in the app and gets it by email; you see the collection in the list.
Mismatched payments never go unrecorded
If the provider reports a lower amount, no collection is booked and the finance team gets a review notice. Payments with a delayed callback are checked with the provider every ten minutes.

Does CasaX take a commission on dues payments?
No. Payments go to the complex's own iyzico or PayTR account; only the provider's own fee applies. The complex can absorb that fee or pass it on to the resident as a service fee.
Are card details stored in CasaX?
No. Card details are entered on the payment page hosted by the provider and never reach CasaX servers. The complex's provider keys are stored encrypted and are not shown on any screen.
Which plans include online payments?
All paid plans. On the free plan residents pay by bank transfer to the IBAN; even if the subscription or trial ends, the resident panel and online payments keep working.
Can residents pay from the mobile app too?
Yes, the same secure payment page opens in the iOS and Android apps. If you turn payments off on a platform, residents there see IBAN transfer instructions, and the transfer is matched through the bank integration.
