The right message, on the right channel, in the resident's language

CasaX lets residents know when dues are published, when a due date is near and when a payment is received. You send announcements and bulk messages by app, SMS or email.

Turkish, English and Russian; each resident in the language they choose.

Forgetting a reminder is no longer possible

Automatic messages follow the calendar; before a bulk message you see how many people it will reach.

  • Automatic reminders

Charge published, 3 days to the due date, overdue (1, 7 and 30 days), payment received. Change the days in the complex settings.

  • Three channels

In-app and push notifications, email and SMS. Choose which channels are on per complex and per message.

  • Templates and variables

Name, unit, balance, due date and payment link are filled in for each recipient; amounts and dates use the recipient's language.

  • The recipient's language

Each message is produced in the recipient's language: Turkish, English or Russian. Free text written by the manager is sent as is.

How an announcement goes out

Announcements, bulk messages and automatic reminders follow the same rules, and each resident's preferences are respected.

  1. Step 1: Choose the audience

The whole complex, blocks, units, owners or tenants; or only residents with a balance due.

  2. Step 2: Choose the channel

App and push by default; add SMS and email per message.

  3. Step 3: Preview

See the number of recipients, those missing contact details and the estimated SMS segments.

  4. Step 4: Send or schedule

Send now or schedule for later; the read report sits under the announcement.

SMS from your own account, costs under your control

Resident SMS messages are sent from your organization's own Netgsm or Twilio account; CasaX does not sell SMS. Automatic SMS is off by default and, once on, goes only to the paying resident.

  • Every send logged with its segment count
  • No SMS to residents who opted out
  • Preview shows that Russian SMS takes more segments

Frequently asked questions

If you can't find the answer here, write to us.

Who pays for SMS?

SMS messages are sent from your organization's own Netgsm or Twilio account and billed there. CasaX does not sell SMS packages or take a share. If no account is connected, the SMS channel is skipped and notifications and email keep going.

Do Russian-speaking residents get messages in Russian?

Yes. Residents with a CasaX account get messages in the language they chose; those without an account get them in the language set on their resident record. System text, amounts and dates are written in that language; your own announcement text is not translated.

Can residents turn off notifications?

Yes. Residents can turn SMS, email and push off separately in their profile, and managers can change this on the resident record. No message is sent to that resident on a channel that is off.

Who receives push notifications?

Residents linked to a CasaX account who use the app. Residents who don't use the app get the same news by SMS or email.

Leave the reminders to CasaX.
