Your dues and your complex, in your pocket.

If your complex uses CasaX, you join with an invite from your management or the complex's invite code. The app is free for residents and works with the same account on iOS, Android and the web.

If you have an invite link, just tap it. No code needed.

What you can do in the app

It depends on which modules your management has turned on. Most complexes use them all.

Balance and statement
How much you owe, when it's due and which months are paid.
Card payments
Straight to your complex's account, with installment options. The receipt comes to your inbox.
No-debt certificate
With no balance due, download a certificate with a verification code yourself.
Faults and requests
Report with photos, message the team, get notified when it's resolved.
Reservations
Pool, meeting room, sports court: see free slots and book.
Visitors and parcels
Register guests in advance and get notified when a parcel arrives.
Announcements and polls
Announcements from management and polls you can vote in.
CasaX Assistant
Ask "How much do I owe?" or "Is the pool free on Saturday?"

Everyday things, without a phone call.

Your payment shows up instantly

When you pay by card, the collection and receipt are created automatically, so there's no need to call management to say you've paid. If you pay by transfer, the app shows which IBAN to use and what to write in the description.

Report a fault with a photo

Open a request and add a photo. You're notified when someone is assigned, when there's a comment and when the job is done. Shared faults are visible to everyone, so ten people don't report the same thing.

Your guests don't wait at the gate

Register your guest in advance. Staff enter the code and you get a notification. When a parcel arrives, it's logged at the booth and you're told.

How to link your apartment

You create your account once. If you have several apartments or complexes, they all live under the same account.

  1. Step 1: Open the invite link

Tap the link your management sent by SMS or email, or enter the complex's invite code.

  2. Step 2: Sign up or log in

Name, email and password. If you already use CasaX at another complex, log in with the same account.

  3. Step 3: Verify your phone

Enter the code we text you. If your phone number matches management's records, your apartment is linked right away.

  4. Step 4: Your apartment is linked

If it doesn't match, the request goes to management and you're notified once it's approved. Then your balance card, payments, requests and announcements are ready.

Frequently asked questions

For questions about your apartment, balance or a payment, contact your complex's management first. They keep the records.

Does the app cost anything?

No. It's free for residents; your complex's management pays for the CasaX subscription.

Is there an extra fee for paying by card?

CasaX doesn't charge a fee. If your complex has chosen to pass the payment provider's fee on to residents, it's shown as a separate line at checkout, before you pay.

Where are my card details stored?

Your card details never reach CasaX. Payment is taken on the secure payment page of iyzico or PayTR, whichever your complex uses, and the money goes straight to your complex's account.

I'm a tenant. Can I see the balance and pay?

Yes. You see the statement for your tenancy period and can make payments. The owner sees the apartment's full statement. Household members don't see payments or statements; they can open requests and register visitors.

If I pay by transfer, when is my balance cleared?

If your complex uses the bank connection, the transfer is matched to your apartment once it appears in the bank feed, and your balance clears. Writing your unit code in the description speeds up matching.

What happens to my old receipts if I move out?

After you move out, you no longer see the apartment's new transactions. The statements and receipts from your own period stay in your account.

Our complex doesn't use CasaX. What can I do?

Suggest CasaX to your management. Managers can try it free for 30 days, and there's a free plan for buildings with up to 10 apartments.
