CasaX was built to bring residential complex and building management into one app for managers, management companies and residents.
Why CasaX
In most complexes, dues are tracked across a notebook, an Excel file, a banking screen and dozens of phone calls. Residents call the manager to ask what they owe; the manager digs through bank statements to work out who sent a transfer; and at the owners' meeting, everyone wants the numbers.
CasaX brings all of this into one record: charges, collections, bank transactions, requests and announcements draw from the same source. Managers keep the books transparent, residents see and pay their balance, and management companies run every complex from one team.
Our brand rests on a single image: a complex's facade in the evening, with lights on in the windows. Every light is a household, and when every household is well managed, the whole complex shines.
How we make decisions
- Prices are public
- Plans are based on unit count and listed on our site. You know what you'll pay without asking for a quote.
- We don't take a cut of dues
- The dues residents pay go to the complex's own payment account. We take no commission on these payments.
- No module bundles
- No separate bundles for reservations, visitors, parcels or polls. Every paid plan has them all.
- Residents aren't penalized
- If management's subscription ends, the dashboard becomes read-only, while the resident app and online payments keep working.
- The records belong to management
- A complex's books belong to the complex. They can be exported, and are never sold or used for advertising.
- Full access on your phone, too
- In the mobile app, managers check reports, record collections and approve bank matches. Whatever their role allows, they can do on the phone.
Who provides CasaX
