Commission, clear and simple
CasaX takes a commission only on the final amount of completed jobs. The rate depends on the category; the default is 10%.
- Only on completed jobs
- Commission applies to the final amount you report once the resident confirms the job (it's confirmed automatically if they don't within 48 hours). Cancelled jobs or jobs that never happen carry no commission.
- Rate by category
- The default rate is 10%. Some categories may have a different rate; you'll see your current rate in your panel.
- Monthly statement
- On the 1st of each month, the previous month's commissions are combined into one statement. You pay it by bank transfer to CasaX's account within 15 days.
- Residents pay you
- The resident pays you directly for the job; CasaX doesn't handle or collect that payment.
If you have an unpaid statement past its due date, you won't see new requests until the payment is recorded. Your ongoing jobs aren't affected.

From application to first quote
Applying takes a few minutes. No account needed; we'll create one for you once you're approved.
Step 1: Fill in the form
Tell us your city and districts, categories and experience. Attach your tax certificate or trade certificate if you have one.
Step 2: We review your application
The CasaX team checks your details and documents and may call you. We'll email you the result.
Step 3: Your account opens
Once approved, you'll get a link by email to set your password. If you already have a CasaX account with that email, we link it.
Step 4: Start quoting
See requests near you and send quotes. Track accepted jobs in your panel.

What is the commission rate?
The rate depends on the category; the default is 10%. Commission is calculated on the final amount you report for the job. You'll see your current rate in your provider panel.
When is commission charged?
When the resident confirms the job. If the resident doesn't confirm or object within 48 hours, the job is confirmed automatically. Cancelled jobs carry no commission.
How do I pay the commission?
On the 1st of each month, the previous month's commissions arrive in your panel as a statement. Pay it within 15 days by bank transfer to the CasaX account shown in the panel; just put the statement period in the description.
What happens if I pay late?
While you have an unpaid statement past its due date, you can't see new requests or send quotes. Access returns once your payment is recorded; your ongoing jobs aren't affected.
When do I see the resident's address and phone number?
When the resident accepts your quote. While quoting, you only see the job description, photos, district and complex name.
Where can I work?
When applying you choose a city and, optionally, districts. If you don't pick districts, you see requests across the whole city. After approval you can change your districts and categories in the panel.
Can I apply as a company?
Yes. Choose "Company" in the application and enter the company name. Independent tradespeople can apply too.
Which documents do I need?
Documents aren't required, but a tax certificate, trade certificate or license speeds up the review. PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB each.
