Pricing and billing

Do prices include VAT?
No. Listed prices exclude VAT. VAT is shown as a separate line at checkout and on your receipt.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The 30-day trial starts without card details, and every feature of the Site 600 plan is open during it. If you don't choose a plan when the trial ends, the management dashboard becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted, and the resident app keeps working.
Do you take a commission on dues payments?
No. Your complex connects its own iyzico or PayTR account and payments go straight there. The complex either covers the payment provider's own fee or shows it to the resident as a separate line at checkout.
How do I know which plan fits?
Your plan depends on the total number of units across all complexes in your organization. Apartments, shops, offices and parking spaces each count as a unit. Enter the number in the calculator and the smallest plan that fits is selected.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
Your existing records aren't affected; you just can't add new units, complexes or team members beyond the limit. The dashboard will suggest the next plan up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. Everything stays open until then and you won't be charged again. Periods already used aren't refunded.
What happens if I change plans?
The new plan starts a new period as soon as payment is confirmed, and you're charged the new plan's price for that period. Unused days on the old plan aren't refunded in cash.
How do you take payment?
On the web, by credit or debit card through iyzico, monthly or yearly. Subscriptions started in the iOS or Android app are billed through the App Store or Google Play.
Is SMS included in the price?
No. SMS messages go out through your organization's own Netgsm or Twilio account, and you pay your provider directly. CasaX doesn't sell SMS bundles.
