Your complex's own web page, in a few minutes

At casax.com.tr/s/your-complex: a cover image, address and map, management contact, public announcements and documents, rules, a gallery and FAQs. Visitors write to the management through a form, and messages arrive in your request list.

Personal data such as resident names, apartments and balances never appears on the page.

No separate website needed

The page uses what is already in CasaX: mark an announcement when you write it and it appears on the page too. No design, hosting or update work.

  • Your own address

A short, readable address such as casax.com.tr/s/lara-park; Turkish characters are converted automatically. English and Russian versions open under /en and /ru.

  • Announcements and documents with one switch

Turn on "Also show on the complex web page" when writing an announcement, or set a document's visibility to "Public". Only what you mark goes on the page.

  • Messages become requests

Visitors and prospective residents write through the contact form; the message arrives in the complex's request list as an external request and the team is notified. Spam protection is built in.

  • No personal data

Resident names, apartments, balances and team details never appear on the page. When unpublished, the address shows a not found page; you can also hide the page from search engines.

Live in four steps

Open "Complex web page" in the complex settings; the address, cover, sections and theme are all on one screen.

  1. Step 1: Choose the address

Use the address suggested from the complex name or change it; if another complex has taken it, you get a new suggestion.

  2. Step 2: Add content

A cover image, short introduction, management contact, complex rules, gallery, FAQs and emergency numbers. Turn sections on or off and reorder them.

  3. Step 3: Preview

Open the page as visitors will see it before publishing, and check it on a phone screen too.

  4. Step 4: Publish and share

Publishing opens the address to everyone. Share the link in a WhatsApp group, on the notice board or as a QR code.

Your complex in front, CasaX in the background

The complex's name and logo sit at the top of the page and the cover band uses the theme color you choose; CasaX appears only as a small link in the footer. The page loads fast on phones, and the title, description and sharing image are ready for search engines.

  • Five theme colors: navy, blue, green, purple, amber
  • Option to hide from search engines; otherwise it is added to the sitemap
  • Resident login and a "Join our complex" button with the invite code
  • A honeypot field and sending limits on the contact form

Frequently asked questions

If you can't find the answer here, write to us.

What does the page show?

Only what you write or mark as public: the complex name and cover, address, management contact, marked announcements and documents, common areas and rules, gallery, FAQs and emergency numbers. Resident names, apartments, balances, team members and tax details never appear. Check announcements and documents for personal data before marking them public.

Where do contact form messages go?

They arrive in the complex's request list as "external requests" with the sender's name and email or phone. The team members who manage requests are notified, and you reply by email or phone. The form is protected by a honeypot field and hourly per-IP and daily per-complex limits.

Can new residents join from the page?

The "Join our complex" button leads to linking with an invite code. If the phone number is in your resident directory, the apartment links right away; otherwise you receive a link request to approve. Showing the invite code on the page is optional.

Will it show up on Google?

A published page is open to search engines and added to the sitemap; you set the title and description. If you prefer, turn on "Hide from search engines": the page still opens from its link but is not listed.

Which languages does the page use?

The page's buttons and headings are in Turkish, English and Russian (/en/s/… and /ru/s/…). Content you write, such as the introduction, rules and announcements, is not translated and appears as written.
