Your whole portfolio, one team.

Each complex keeps its own ledger, bank account and payment provider, while your team switches between complexes from one account. You decide who sees what, by role and by complex.

No limit on complexes or team members on company plans.

Everyone sees only their work.

Six roles, scoped by complex. The interface hides what someone isn't allowed to do, and the real protection is on the server: knowing a link isn't enough.

Simplified table. Staff and auditors see only the complexes they're assigned to.

Built for working across many complexes.

Switch complexes in one tap

See balances, collections and open requests for every complex in the organization overview. When you switch to a complex, the dashboard shows that complex's books. The context is in the address bar, so you never work in the wrong complex.

  • Organization totals and per-complex reports
  • Find apartments or residents with the command palette
  • Separate settings and modules for each complex

One bank connection, every account

Set up the BankSocket connection once for the organization, then map each bank account to the right complex's account. Transactions come in at regular intervals, transfers are matched to apartments, and your accountant only reviews the suggestion queue.

An assistant for accountants and directors

Ask "Which complex's collection rate dropped this month?" or "Who at Menekşe Residence owes more than 3 months?" The Assistant only looks at complexes within your permissions and asks for approval before sending anything.

On site, a phone is enough

The concierge checks in visitors with a code and logs parcels, and the maintenance team closes assigned faults with a photo. Each of them sees only their own complex.

Frequently asked questions

Write to us if you'd like a demo or help with a bulk import to move your portfolio over.

Do we need a separate subscription for each complex?

No. Subscriptions are per organization, and the plan is chosen by the total number of units across all your complexes. Company plans have no limit on complexes or team members.

Does money from different complexes get mixed up?

No. Each complex has its own cash and bank accounts, charges and reports. The organization overview shows the totals across all complexes.

Do staff members see every complex?

No. Staff and auditors see only the complexes they're assigned to. You can also limit complex managers and accountants to specific complexes.

Do online payments go to each complex's own account?

Yes. The payment provider is connected per complex, and each complex uses its own iyzico or PayTR account. You can also set it up at the organization level and link it to complexes.

Can we read all our bank accounts with one connection?

Yes. The BankSocket connection works at the organization level, and you map each bank account to the right complex's account. Unmapped accounts aren't read.

What name do residents see?

Residents see their own complex's name and management. SMS messages are signed with the complex name, and you can set a sender name specific to your complex.
