Bank transactions arrive on their own and transfers match to units
Connect the complex's bank account through BankSocket. CasaX recognizes incoming transfers, books them as collections for the right unit, and asks you when it isn't sure.
No more downloading statements and ticking lines one by one.
Books that balance at month end
The matching rules are open: every suggestion shows why it was suggested.
Transactions arrive on their own
Transactions and balances of the accounts you map are read every ten minutes; you can also sync right away.
IBAN, name and unit code
The sender's IBAN, ID number, the unit code in the description (A-12, A BLOCK 12), the name and the amount are scored together.
Learns what you approve
When you match a transfer to a unit, an IBAN rule is saved; next month the same sender matches on its own.
You have the final say
High scores match automatically (can be turned off in settings), medium scores wait as suggestions, and you match low scores yourself.
From connection to match
The connection is set at organization level: a management company can read all its complexes' accounts with a single BankSocket account.
Step 1: Connect BankSocket
Enter your BankSocket API key on the integrations screen and test the connection.
Step 2: Map the accounts
Link each BankSocket account to a complex's bank account. Unmapped accounts are not read.
Step 3: Let transactions match
Incoming transfers are scored: certain ones become collections, with a receipt and a notice to the resident.
Step 4: Approve the rest
Approve suggestions with one tap, split an amount across several units, or ignore internal transfers.
Outgoing payments find their place too
Money leaving the account becomes an expense suggestion when it goes to a supplier with a saved IBAN; otherwise it waits under unclassified outflows. You can approve from your phone too.
- Expense suggestions from the supplier's IBAN
- Recording transfers between accounts separately
- Status filters: unmatched, suggested, matched, ignored
Features that work together
In CasaX every module shares the same ledger: work done in one shows up in the others on its own.
What is BankSocket, and do I need an account?
BankSocket is a service that reads bank account transactions and balances through an API. To connect it to CasaX you need your own BankSocket account and API key; the key is stored encrypted and never shown again on any screen.
Which plans include bank integration?
All paid plans. The free plan has no bank integration; you record transfers manually on the collections screen.
What if a transfer is matched to the wrong unit?
Reverse the collection and match the transaction to the right unit again. Automatic matching only happens when the top candidate is clearly ahead; you can turn it off completely in the complex settings.
What if one transfer covers several units?
On the matching screen you split the amount across units. Each part pays the oldest balance of its unit and gets its own receipt.
Drop the statements, approve the matches.
Connecting BankSocket takes a few minutes; the first sync brings in the last 90 days of transactions.
