Pool, gym, meeting room: reservations in one calendar
Set opening hours, slot length and rules for each common area. Residents pick a free slot in the app, with no double bookings.
For areas that need approval, requests come to you first.
Rules written once, applied to everyone
For each area you decide who can book, when, with how many people and how often.
Time slots and capacity
Opening hours for each day of the week, slot length and how many people can use the area at once.
Fair use limits
Weekly limit per unit, maximum duration and how many days ahead it can be booked; closed days appear on the calendar.
Optional approval
Areas such as a meeting room can require approval; approval or rejection reaches the resident as a notification.
Paid areas
The fee is posted to the unit as a charge once the reservation is approved; if it is canceled, the charge is canceled too.
How a reservation is made
Residents book in the app or the web panel; security and the team can also book on a resident's behalf.
Step 1: Define the area
Name, photo, rules, hours, capacity, approval and fee.
Step 2: Resident picks a slot
The availability calendar only shows free slots and the remaining capacity.
Step 3: Approve
If approval is needed the request reaches the team as a notification; approve or reject with one tap.
Step 4: Use and record
On the day, the booking is marked as completed or no-show; the history stays in the list.
Two taps for the resident
Residents answer "Is the pool free on Saturday?" by checking the calendar in the app or by asking the CasaX Assistant. They can cancel their own reservation.
- Approved and rejected notifications
- Reservation list can be exported to Excel
- You decide whether household members can book

Features that work together
In CasaX every module shares the same ledger: work done in one shows up in the others on its own.
How is a paid reservation charged?
When the reservation is approved, the fee is posted to the unit as a charge due on the reservation day. The resident pays it like any other balance, by card or bank transfer; canceling the reservation cancels the charge as well.
How do I stop one unit from booking an area all the time?
In the area settings you set a weekly reservation limit per unit, a maximum duration and how many days ahead people can book. Once the limit is reached the resident cannot create a new request.
Can several units book the same slot?
That depends on capacity. For a gym with a capacity of 8, bookings are accepted in the same slot until it is full; for a meeting room the capacity is 1.
Can security staff see reservations?
Yes. Team members with the staff role see reservations, can book on a resident's behalf and can mark a booking as completed or no-show.
End the arguments over the pool.
Define your first common area; residents can start booking in the app the same day.
