Step 1: Apply
Fill in a short form, add your tax and bank details and accept the program agreement. Once your application is approved, your partner dashboard opens.
Step 2: Share your link
A visitor who arrives through your personal link is tied to you for 90 days. If the organization this person creates makes its first paid payment within 90 days, it becomes your active customer.
Step 3: Earn every month
Commission accrues on every subscription payment your customer makes. Your earnings close on the 1st of each month and are paid to your IBAN after approval.
Tiers and commission rates
Your tier depends on the number of your active paying customers. The rate depends on which year the customer is in.

- Commission is calculated on the subscription amount the customer actually paid to CasaX, excluding VAT.
- The customer year is counted from the customer's first paid payment. From year 3 on, the base rate applies.
- For each payment, your tier is based on the number of active customers you have on the date the payment is collected.
- Commission on a refunded payment is reversed and deducted from your earnings.

Excluding VAT, based on the amount collected; an estimate. The calculation uses the monthly price of the selected plan; the actual amount depends on your customers' plans, billing periods and refunds.
How payouts work
Your earnings close every month, appear with a breakdown in your partner dashboard and are paid by bank transfer after approval.
The 1st of each month
The previous month's earnings close on the 1st, Istanbul time; refund deductions and adjustments are applied at this close.
Minimum ₺1,000
If your balance is ₺1,000 or more, it goes into a payout. A smaller balance is not lost; it carries over to the next month.
Invoice
Company and sole proprietorship partners issue an invoice to CasaX, adding 20% VAT to the payout amount. Individual partners do not need to issue an invoice; their tax obligations remain their own.
Bank transfer
Once the earnings (and the invoice, if required) are approved, the amount is sent by bank transfer to the IBAN saved in your partner dashboard.

How do you know a customer came from me?
Your personal link (casax.com.tr/?ref=YOURCODE) leaves a cookie in the visitor's browser that is valid for 90 days. The organization created by a user who signs up during this time is attributed to you and becomes your active customer when it makes its first paid payment within 90 days.
What happens if two partners refer the same customer?
The first partner wins. The organization is attributed to the first partner it was tied to; links clicked later do not change this attribution.
Can I earn commission on my own organization?
No. Referring yourself or your own organization is prohibited in the program. Commission on such payments is put on hold and is not paid.
What amount is commission calculated on?
On the subscription amount the customer actually paid to CasaX, excluding VAT. The rate depends on your tier and on which year the customer is in.
What happens if a customer gets a refund?
Commission on the refunded payment is reversed: the amount is deducted from your earnings.
Do app store payments count?
No. In-app purchases through the App Store and Google Play are not commissionable. Only payments collected by CasaX count: subscription payments made by card (iyzico, Stripe) and by bank transfer.
How is my tier determined?
By the number of your active paying customers: Starter (1–2 active customers), Silver (3–7 active customers), Gold (8+ active customers). For each payment, the tier you have on the date the payment is collected applies.
What is a customer year?
The time since the customer's first paid payment: the first 12 months are year 1 and the next 12 months are year 2; from year 3 on, the base rate applies. If a payment covers two customer years, the rate is applied according to the number of days in each year.
When do I get paid?
On the 1st of each month, the previous month's earnings close, Istanbul time. If your balance is ₺1,000 or more, it goes into a payout; otherwise it carries over to the next month. After approval, the amount is sent to your IBAN by bank transfer.
Do I need to issue an invoice?
Yes, if you are a company or a sole proprietorship: you issue an invoice to CasaX, adding 20% VAT to the payout amount. Individual partners do not need to issue an invoice; tax obligations on the income you earn remain your own.
Can the rates change?
CasaX may change the rates for new customers through a new program version announced in advance. For your existing customers, the previous rates continue to apply for 12 months after the new version takes effect.
When can my partnership be suspended?
CasaX may suspend a partnership in case of abuse such as self-referral, unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or misleading claims about CasaX. In that case, the related earnings are put on hold.
