Your accounts with every company, always clear

Suppliers you owe and companies that owe you, in one list. Each invoice, payment and collection goes onto the statement of that current account (cari hesap), with the balance and due date on every line.

Your existing suppliers become company accounts automatically and past expenses stay linked.

No more hunting for who owes what

Company accounts sit on top of your expenses and cash and bank ledgers; you never enter the same invoice twice.

  • Supplier and customer cards

Name, tax number, IBAN, contact person, payment terms and opening balance. For income such as antenna or shop rent or ad space, add the company as a customer.

  • Statements with a running balance

Pick a date range: invoices, receivables, payments and collections in order, with the balance on every line. The direction is always spelled out: we owe or we are owed.

  • Due dates and aging

Payables and receivables aged separately into 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ days; the next 30 days of due dates in one list, overdue amounts in red.

  • Batch and partial payments

Settle several invoices with one payment or pay an invoice in parts. The amount goes to the oldest due date first and any surplus stays as an advance.

From invoice to reconciliation

Supplier invoices are still entered on the expenses screen; the company account links them to the company and tracks the payment.

  1. Step 1: Open a company card

Type (supplier, customer or both), tax details, IBAN and payment terms. Bulk upload works with the supplier Excel template.

  2. Step 2: Enter invoices and receivables

An invoice is recorded as an unpaid expense, a customer receivable with its due date. A fixed receivable such as monthly rent is created on its own every month.

  3. Step 3: Pay or collect

The payment is posted to the cash or bank ledger and allocated to the invoices you choose. A wrong payment is cancelled with a reversing entry.

  4. Step 4: Ask for reconciliation

Print a reconciliation letter (mutabakat mektubu) as of a given date, then record the company's answer and the balance it reports.

Statements and reconciliation letters, ready to print

Print the company statement and the reconciliation letter on your complex's letterhead in Turkish, English or Russian. The reconciliation history stays on the company card; the company list and statements download as Excel or CSV.

  • Total payables and total receivables at the top of the list
  • Company names in the expenses list open the company account
  • Ask CasaX Assistant "Which companies do we owe?"
  • Residents never see company accounts on any screen

Frequently asked questions

If you can't find the answer here, write to us.

Is this the same record as the suppliers in my expenses?

Yes. Your existing suppliers become company accounts automatically and past expenses keep their links. Clicking a company name in the expenses list opens its account, and "New company" on the expense screen opens the same card form.

How do I track receivables such as antenna or shop rent?

Add the company as a customer and enter the receivable with its due date. For fixed amounts such as monthly rent, set up a recurring receivable and CasaX creates it every month; you record the collection on the same screen, and late amounts show up in the aging.

Can one payment settle several invoices?

Yes. You allocate the payment to the invoices you choose; if you don't, it goes to the oldest due date first. You can also pay one invoice in several parts. Any surplus stays on the account as an advance, and the payment is posted to the cash or bank ledger.

How does the reconciliation letter work?

CasaX prepares a letter on your letterhead with the balance as of the date you pick; you print it and send it to the company. You record the company's "agreed" or "not agreed" answer and the balance it reports by hand; the company does not reply through CasaX.

Does it connect to e-invoicing or accounting software?

No. There is no e-invoice (e-fatura) or e-archive integration, and foreign currency accounts and check or promissory note tracking are out of scope. You can download the company list and statements as Excel or CSV for your accountant.
