Periodic maintenance and assets, without missing a date
Register the complex's elevators, generators, booster pumps and fire extinguishers as asset cards (demirbaş) with QR labels. Build maintenance plans from editable templates; when a task is due, it opens as a work order and the assignee is reminded. Post the cost of completed work as an expense linked to the supplier in one click.
Maintenance templates are general suggestions, not a list of legal obligations; check the regulations in force and the manufacturer's instructions separately.
Which maintenance, when, by whom and at what cost
Maintenance tracking sits next to the complex's expenses, company accounts and fault requests, so nothing is entered twice.
Asset register with QR labels
An asset card with code, category, location, brand, model, serial number, warranty and supplier. QR labels print on an A4 sheet; a team member who scans one opens the asset's page, while residents or strangers see nothing.
Plans from templates
Templates for elevators, fire extinguishers, generators, water tanks, booster pumps and more come with a frequency and a checklist; edit them or save your own.
Work orders and reminders
When a plan falls due, the work order opens on its own. The assignee is notified as many days ahead as you choose and again if it is overdue; overdue maintenance stands out in the list.
Cost to expenses, history to the asset
Enter the cost when you close a work order; if you like, it is posted as an expense linked to the supplier in one click. The job goes into the asset's maintenance history.
How a maintenance task runs
Register an asset once; the following maintenance comes from the plan on its own.
Step 1: Register the asset
Open the card with category, location and supplier, then print the QR label and stick it on the equipment.
Step 2: Set up the plan
Pick a template, adjust the frequency and checklist, and assign a team member or a supplier.
Step 3: Get the work order
Maintenance that falls due opens as a work order and appears on the calendar; the assignee is notified in advance and if it runs late.
Step 4: Complete it
Tick the checklist and add photos and the cost; the next due date is recalculated.
A maintenance calendar and a history for every asset
The overview lists the next 30 days and overdue maintenance, with a monthly calendar and the year's maintenance cost. The asset's timeline shows every job, who did it (a person or a company), the cost and linked fault requests together.
- Monthly calendar: planned, overdue, completed
- Maintenance records from fault requests; the request is linked to the asset
- A printable maintenance report per asset in Turkish, English and Russian
- Asset list and maintenance records in Excel and CSV
Features that work together
In CasaX every module shares the same ledger: work done in one shows up in the others on its own.
Do the templates show legal maintenance requirements?
No. Templates are general suggestions for common frequencies and checklists, not a list of legal obligations, and CasaX does not set legal inspection periods. For matters such as the yearly periodic elevator inspection or fire extinguisher servicing, you set the frequency according to the regulations in force, your maintenance contract and the manufacturer's instructions.
How are the QR labels used?
Labels for the assets you select print in a grid on an A4 sheet; each shows the code, name, location and a QR code. The QR code opens the asset's page in the panel, visible only to a signed-in team member; if a resident or a stranger scans it, no information is shown.
How is the maintenance cost recorded?
When you complete the maintenance, you enter the actual cost. If you like, it is posted in one click as an expense linked to the supplier and appears in that company's account. Seeing costs requires finance read access, and creating the expense requires finance write access.
Who gets reminders, and when?
The team member responsible for the plan, as many days before the due date as you choose and again when it is overdue, by in-app and push notification in their own language. If no team member is assigned to follow the plan, the notification goes to whoever created it; CasaX does not email or text maintenance companies.
How does this work with fault requests?
Requests are unplanned faults reported by residents; maintenance plans are recurring jobs. You can link a fault request to an asset and open a maintenance record from it; the asset's timeline shows maintenance and linked requests together. Residents do not see maintenance or asset data.
Move your maintenance calendar to CasaX.
Register your first asset and set up its plan from a template; the next maintenance arrives as a work order on its own.
