Account statement
Also known as: statement, unit statement, ekstre
Definition
A statement of the debts, payments and balance movements of an independent unit, or of a cash or bank account, over a given period.
A unit statement shows, line by line, the dues and other items charged, the payments made, late payment compensation and the closing balance. The answer to “Which month didn't I pay?” is in the statement.
Since the owner and the tenant may be responsible for different periods of the same unit, it is important that the statement can be split by person and period. Cash and bank statements, on the other hand, show the management's money movements by account.
In CasaX
In CasaX, residents see their own statement in the app: tenants see their own tenancy period, owners the unit's entire history. The management exports unit, cash and bank statements to Excel or PDF.
