Current account
Also known as: running account, supplier account, cari
Definition
Tracking debit and credit transactions with a person or company in a single account; in site management, the account of each unit and each supplier.
A current account tracks debits (charges) and credits (collections, offsets) in date order; the balance shows who owes how much to whom.
Two kinds of current account stand out in site management: independent unit accounts (dues, fuel and fixed-asset debts and payments) and supplier accounts (such as the elevator company, the cleaning company or the electrician). The printout of an independent unit's account is called an account statement.
In CasaX
In CasaX, the transactions of each independent unit and each supplier are tracked separately; a unit statement takes one click, and residents see their own statement in the app.
