Contracted management company (Sözleşmeli yönetim firması)
Also known as: property management company, facility management, site management company
Definition
A company that takes on the management of one or more sites under a contract, providing the service with its own team and systems.
A management company may be appointed as a legal-entity manager, or it may provide operational support to the manager elected by the assembly. Tasks such as collections, accounting, staff, technical maintenance and resident communication are carried out by the company's team.
When choosing a company, ask about references, transparency of reporting, whether the cash and bank accounts are held in the site's name, and the contract's termination terms. The site's money must not be mixed with the company's money.
In CasaX
In CasaX, a management company brings all its sites together in a single organization; six roles and site-level permissions determine who sees what, and each site's cash, bank and payment accounts remain separate.
