Professional manager (Profesyonel yönetici)
Also known as: external manager, paid manager, property manager
Definition
A manager who runs a site or apartment building professionally for a fee, usually appointed from outside the unit owners.
The law accepts that the manager may also be chosen from outside the unit owners. In large sites, because of the volume of financial and technical work, it is common to hand the management over to a professional individual or a management company.
The contract should clearly state the scope of duties, the fee, the reporting frequency, authority over staff and suppliers, and how the contract ends. Even if professional, the manager is accountable to the owners' assembly and bound by its decisions.
In CasaX
CasaX lets a professional manager run multiple sites from one account; each site's ledger, bank account and reports are kept separate.
