Residential complex (Site)

Definition
In Turkey, a residential or mixed-use development where several buildings or blocks share common areas and facilities under a single management.
“Site” is an everyday term; legally, a site is managed under the provisions on collective building complexes in the Condominium Ownership Law, or with separate condominium ownership for each block plus a common management arrangement.
Common facilities such as security, landscaping, a pool, sports areas and parking are widespread in sites; this makes expense items, staff and tasks such as bookings much more complex than in an apartment building.
