Definition
A person living in a site or apartment building; they may be a unit owner, a tenant or a household member.
Resident is a broad term covering everyone who actually uses the building, regardless of their legal status. Announcements, site rules, use of common areas and security procedures concern all residents; voting rights and liability for expenses, however, depend on status.
Since the resident directory contains personal data such as names, contact details, which independent unit is occupied and in what capacity, move-in and move-out dates and vehicle details, it must be kept in compliance with the KVKK.

The CasaX resident app is free for residents: debts and statements, card payment, receipts, the no-debt certificate, requests, bookings, and visitor and parcel notifications are used with the same account on iOS, Android and the web.
