Definition
The list showing the names, independent units and signatures of the unit owners or proxies attending an owners' assembly meeting.
It is prepared before the meeting opens and signed by those attending. Whether the meeting quorum has been reached is determined from this list; the powers of attorney of those attending by proxy are attached to it.
The attendance list is kept together with the resolution book. When the annulment of a decision is sought, it is one of the first documents examined; an incomplete or unsigned list can make the decisions taken contestable.
