Ordinary meeting (Olağan toplantı)

Definition
The regular meeting of the owners' assembly, held at the time set in the management plan and in any case at least once a year.
The agenda of the ordinary meeting usually includes the manager's and the auditor's reports, discussion of the previous period's accounts and the release of the manager, the operating budget plan for the new period, and the election of the manager and the auditor.
The call is made at least fifteen days before the meeting, stating the agenda, place, date and time, by a method that can be proven (against signature or by registered letter with return receipt).
Attendees sign the attendance list (hazirun cetveli); the decisions taken are written in the resolution book.
