Extraordinary meeting (Olağanüstü toplantı)
Definition
A meeting the owners' assembly holds without waiting for the ordinary period when an important matter concerning the management arises.
An extraordinary meeting may be held at the request of the manager, the auditor or one third of the unit owners. An urgent repair, a change of manager or a supplementary budget are typical agenda items.
The call procedure is the same as for the ordinary meeting, and the agenda is stated in the call. Decisions are written in the resolution book.
