Payment receipt (Tahsilat makbuzu)
Also known as: dues receipt, receipt, makbuz
Definition
A document showing from whom, when, against which debts and in what amount the management received a payment.
The receipt is the payer's most important proof. It should show the management's name, the independent unit, the payment date, the amount, the payment method and the periods settled; a receipt must always be given for cash payments.
A dues receipt is not an invoice: an apartment or site management collects the unit owners' common expenses and does not make a commercial sale. An invoice issued by a management company for its service fee is a separate document.
In CasaX
In CasaX, a receipt is generated automatically for every collection; it can be downloaded as a PDF or shared, and residents who pay by card receive it by email.
