Online collection
Also known as: online dues payment, card payment, pay dues online
Definition
Residents paying dues and other debts by card online or in a mobile app, with the money transferred to the management's account.
With online collection, residents see what they owe in the app or on the web and pay by card; the payment is taken through a payment institution or bank infrastructure (virtual POS). It removes the need to carry cash and the uncertainty of “who was the payment made to?”.
Payment institutions charge a commission per transaction. Whether the management absorbs the commission or passes it on to the resident is a choice; if it is passed on, clearly showing the amount before payment increases trust.
In CasaX
In CasaX, the site connects its own iyzico or PayTR account; the money goes directly to the site's account and CasaX takes no commission on these payments. When a payment is received, the collection and receipt are recorded automatically.
