e-Archive invoice (e-Arşiv fatura)

Definition
An invoice issued and stored electronically under the e-Archive scheme of Turkey's Revenue Administration (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı).
An e-Archive invoice is the electronic equivalent of a paper invoice and is usually issued to buyers who are not registered in the e-Invoice system (e.g. individuals). If the buyer is an e-Invoice user, an e-Invoice is issued.
In site management, e-Archive invoices mostly come up as invoices issued by suppliers (elevator maintenance, cleaning, energy) or by the management company for its service fee. Dues collected from unit owners, on the other hand, are not a sales price and are therefore documented with a payment receipt.
Which document is issued for which transaction depends on tax status; a financial advisor should be consulted for details.
