Survey (poll)
Also known as: voting, vote, pulse check, oylama
Definition
A written or digital poll the management conducts to gather the views of unit owners or residents.
A survey quickly measures opinion on matters such as pool hours, landscaping preferences or choosing a quote for a repair. A survey held before a meeting helps the agenda take shape and the meeting run efficiently.
Decisions that must be taken at the owners' assembly under the law or the management plan cannot be taken by survey; a survey does not replace these decisions and is only a tool for preparation and information.
In CasaX
In CasaX surveys, votes are weighted per unit or by land share; you can choose to let only owners or only tenants vote, and you can open an anonymous survey.
